  • Business packages and product sourcing services
  • Payments and refund policies
  • User and platform management obligations

This agreement is legally binding between Impor.in as the service provider ("we") and the user ("you" or "User").

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of this document, the following terms are defined as follows:

  • "Impor.in": A digital platform that provides import services, product sourcing, business consultation, and education for entrepreneurs.
  • "User": Any individual or business entity that registers and uses the services provided by Impor.in.
  • "Services": All features and facilities offered by Impor.in, including marketplaces, consultations, payment services, and business transactions.
  • "Supplier": Third parties that act as product sources in the import business ecosystem.
  • "Business Package": A program offered by Impor.in to assist users in acquiring products from China with minimal capital and maximum profits.

3. USER REGISTRATION & ACCESS

  1. Registration Requirements

    • Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity.
    • Users must provide accurate and valid information during registration.
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  2. User Rights

    • Use Impor.in services for legitimate business purposes.
    • Access educational resources and consultation services.
    • Have personal data protection in accordance with our privacy policy.

  3. User Restrictions

    • Misusing services for illegal activities such as fraud or money laundering.
    • Selling prohibited goods through the platform.
    • Using Impor.in content or information without official permission.

4. TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENTS

  1. Payment Methods

    • Payments must be made through official payment methods provided by Impor.in.
    • Any transactions outside the official Impor.in system are the full responsibility of the user.

  2. Management Fee

    • Impor.in charges a 10% management fee on each transaction for sourcing and purchasing products from China.

  3. Profit Potential

    • Products sourced from suppliers in China can be sold with profit margins of up to 200% in Indonesia.

  4. Refund Policy

    • Users are entitled to refunds only if there is an error from Impor.in.
    • Refunds do not apply for ordering mistakes made by users.

5. USER RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

  1. User Rights

    • Select and request specific products under the Business Package program.
    • Use available consultation and educational features.
    • Access market trend reports and data for business strategies.

  2. User Obligations

    • Ensure the accuracy of submitted data.
    • Comply with all applicable import regulations in Indonesia and the country of origin.
    • Not misuse the services for unlawful or suspicious activities.

6. IMPOR.IN'S RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

  1. Impor.in's Rights

    • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
    • Modify or update service policies without prior notice.
    • Use user data to improve service quality (in accordance with the privacy policy).

  2. Impor.in's Obligations

    • Provide sourcing and import business assistance services.
    • Ensure secure transactions and customer data protection.
    • Offer transparent information about fees, services, and order statuses.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All content on Impor.in, including logos, designs, text, and educational materials, is protected by copyright laws.
  • Users are not permitted to use, copy, or distribute Impor.in content without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Impor.in is not responsible for:

    • Losses due to user errors in selecting suppliers or products.
    • Shipping delays caused by customs regulations or external factors.
    • Losses arising from transactions conducted outside the Impor.in system.

  2. Product Warranty & Quality

    • Impor.in does not guarantee product quality from third-party suppliers. Users are responsible for ensuring products meet their needs.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to periodically review this page for the latest information.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Negotiation & Mediation

    • Disputes will be resolved first through negotiations between users and Impor.in.

  2. Governing Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
